• Change furnace filter every 30-60 days
• Add 1 cup bleach to A/C condensation drain every before summer and every 45-60 days
• Repair damaged trim around windows and doors as soon as you notice them. 
• Keep up on pest control or it will get out of hand and cost much more.

• Use a red wood like cedar for fences and outdoor wooden projects. They are more resistant to pests and rot.
• Use screws instead of nails so it's easier to make repairs in the future and they hold better.
